Why our such Outburst?

There is no greater pleasure than offering one’s hard earned Money or Fund to the needy others provided the Fund or wealth so provided is well utilized exactly like how it is earned by the donor. However to run a Political Party, it invariably require huge Fund to run itself as an entity of repute in order to carry enough of weight to challenge the action(s) of its intention of the Government in Power {that are often renamed by vested interests} to give the Public an alternative which is much different than normal and might require time to materialized under an environment of saturation of everything that are essential for our living. Since all works or actions of one have two aspects or meanings being nothing exist without an opposite available; one can instantly pick the reverse to mislead the Public citing one’s wrong doings which in-fact is correct to fight a situation to steal Power through use of a trick.

In a Democratic set-up, a mare change of Government from one to the other can produce nothing other than enactment of limitless Laws to arrest mass corruptions prevailing within us which is now considered as a matter of privilege to one by virtue of holding of Power in one’s hand everywhere within the Country in particular and within the Globe in general. This is a fruitless exercise by us being it has become a pronounced character of us to cover our lives, done through evading all such barriers most at ease; with different style infused on each separate occasion in doing so; not to get caught ever.

As and when a Party failed to offer enough of solutions to our limitless problems which are viable enough to strike down at ease provided we offer some LOVE towards the Common General Public by seeing them none but us only; the heated Debates often concentrated & centered on attacking one’s personality are meaningless exercises but it shall only be successful in pushing or throwing the Country into more confusion and chaos. The more we put into place more Investigating Agencies; the more corruptions shall engulf us. We don’t like to hear what wrong we did in the past or various compulsions of congregation of likeminded Parties to act on a particular Subject of interest, each having a different opinion. Accordingly we want to hear what solution one is offering to us to beat the Monster of corruption covering us throughout the Globe. With wealth; we are beholding is same and is growing with continuous inputs from entire us, how there is a scarcity of it within us? The main constituent that keeps wealth or Money or Funder under equitable circulation within us is its maintaining a constant flow of it through infusion of the exact liquidity within it which is always automatically attracted to it; so long we are bearing enough of LOVE towards each other that constitute an entity of any nature. With Fund most securely locked in one’s pocket due to fear of getting caught if spent lavishly either to get released to others needy or to infuse a speed into it to do a circulation of appropriate nature; we forced the Recession to invade within us everywhere within the Globe.    

Till the other day, the Kings and Queens were our Leaders who were born under an environment of abundances of all nature and yet we were covering our lives much at ease marching towards the future at a breakneck speed with pride & dignity in-place while walking together in our respective Ladders to see the future in front of us

With each and every entity within the Universe either seen or unseen is govern by an automatic ORDER which either get loose to induce a disintegration or get strengthen to tie us more powerfully each day depending upon how we behave ourselves towards each other through doing of a reciprocation of wealth we are generating together, considering it as an Instrument of expressing ourselves to the others needy. The moment we understand it, the Growth of us to remain alive forever is mostly meet with keeping the other factors constant. The moment we opt the revere, our death is certain.  

We had earlier tried to distribute an amount of Rs.65, 000.00 Cr towards helping the needy to empower them to expand together, the entire amount gone vanished prior to reaching the recipients or benefactors which prompted us to introduce ‘Aadhaar’ a foolproof tool or Instrument to meet our demand of a rightful distribution of anything that are circulation within us; eliminating the so called middlemen who are awaiting like Hawks to capture the prey through doing of a snatch from one’s hand. It shall further enable us to add values to our various Labors put in by each and every to tie us together in our every sphere of life.                            

Every individual idea that is bearing a value or not can never be an unlimited action under the umbrella of Democracy to float a Party and divide the innocent Public limitlessly on each and every matter of dispute to capture Power through use of a Proxy to attract our end soon, than offering a livelihood for us. There are some significant aspects that are associated with an area. While some derive pleasures doing of Businesses, the others are engaged in less lucrative works to live as a single entity. Therefore the generation of wealth by a particular area or State is nothing to do with status of governing of a State over the other; so long the wealth so earned is done through dubious means rather than putting of rightful labor. We must understand that almost all wealth as behold by each and every Country which is under constant circulation within us is generated by the combined labor of us; done through transforming various Inventions to meet our necessity. So long this situation is fully met with; there is enough cause to become proud of. Any reverse processes adopted by any only dim our Glory.   

Accordingly, let us stop criticizing others but give Aadhaar its due respect to cover us as minutely as possible so that all duplications of  arresting Fund are stopped altogether which shall certainly offer finer governing of us by the in Power, so that all those who are responsible for generating wealth for the Country not go in vain but let it produce  miracles on the Country each moment while we are stepping towards the future together Glorifying ourselves for the work done associating all or joining hands together, without leaving a gap in our approaches.   

  

At this particular point of transition, we must not encourage conflict of ideologies often adopted by us to amass wealth to one than delivering any GOOD to the Public, derailing the Power that is supposed to be generated in the hands of the Common General Public through introduction of ‘Aadhaar’. It shall no doubt defeat the current impasse in the financial Sector all over the Globe. Even if we keep evaporating or closing all loopholes one by one, through eliminating those who are responsible for maintaining the ORDER, our addiction of doing or adopting of unethical means to amass wealth shall continue to prevail within us with much more ferocity but if we believe in Aadhaar, it shall surely and certainly empower the entire us over a period of time through getting the due return from our putting of much of labor from generation to generation for Growth of all of us together. It may so happen that if the ordinance or bill is allowed to get lapse through change of a Government; we possibly shall loose our last chance. If we need to skip our meals for the sake of this Instrument come into effect, let us accept the challenge and not fall prey to the middlemen to steal our hard earned wealth from our hands unnoticed.

The Definition of a Departmental Inquiry

Each one of us beholds a mind, moral and character; which is different from each other to view a particular situation. Even though we try to recruit Manpower of highest integrity and character to run a particular Organization, it is next to impossible to find what inner qualification; one beholds to turn a blind eye towards offering of services by one which he or she often performs while making an attempt to work together to meet the single aim and objective of an Organization. In order to keep the running ORDER intact within an Organization and to stop one from over reaching one’s assigned duty by infusing a self interest in his or her approach, all employees in a particular Organization are govern by a particular Standing ORDER to keep the image of an Institution clean in the eye of the Public.

As and when an entity or a set-up cast a doubt on any employee of breaking any rule of a Company to obtain a self gain, a ‘Departmental Inquiry’ is initiated so that the Officer Heading the Inquiry is fully aware of the functioning of the said Organization to arrive at a logical conclusion whether or not a particular action(s) of one who is under doubt is guilty of overstepping one’s assigned duty and not securing undue benefits to one. Therefore a ‘Departmental Inquiry’ can never be constituted by members from outside the concerned Organization to give a different name to it as ‘Out-of-Departmental Inquiry’ or ‘Off Departmental Inquiry or ‘Non-Departmental Inquiry’. If it happens so; the essence of establishing of it shall get lost to offer gross Injustice to entire us everywhere within the Globe.

Accordingly we call such an Inquiry as ‘Court Martial’ in Military language when a personal holding a position in the Military service is subjected to doubt of doing of misconduct while discharging his or her duty towards the Institution being its functioning is vastly different from others.  

As and when we do the reverse to penalized an innocent one in any Institution which is set-up or come into existence using Public Fund; it instantly transform into an ‘unconstitutional arrangement’ which is barred everywhere where humanity exits and is often done or resorted to by vested interest existing within an Organization on its own ‘desire and will’ to challenge Justice, not to allow it to remain alive within us. Therefore, as and when we opt for it; there can never be any more unethical way to inflict pain on one by the Powerful others.

A State within a State

A mare change of Government or type of Government shall not or cannot or never remove or eradicate the Moral as well as Character, we have build up over time since Independence, considering the same as our birth right to behave ourselves towards the others who are underprivileged for one reason or the other. A strong Party in Power can encourage us for Nation Building if we behave ourselves appropriately rather than seeing it dividing us as we are doing till date to remain alive as a particular Party; which is however not the exact Cause for bifurcating Telangana from AP but the effort is carrying a much deeper meaning to solve a long pending issue which is remaining unresolved still either in view of our shortsightedness or lack of appropriate Tools in hands to fight the cause.

Just consider the circulation of Blood within each and every living entity within us that contain infinite numbers of tiny living organism within itself or within one and none is taking extra or storing or destroying the tiniest of it to retain Power through use of any trick to remain Powerful ever in order to issue a command on the others but constantly working together round the clock to remain intact as one with a name attached to each separately and a bigger single identity as a complete ‘Body’ as given to   one . The moment one does a reverse, the body, one is living-in shall fall apart together and instantly face a death. The same holds true for all objects either living or non-living, seen or unseen but bearing a name as appropriate in the open Space within the Universe.

It is true that the more we divide, the more we become weaker. Also various agitations we are doing or engaging-in can produce nothing other than mare change of Government from one to the other without offering that is bearing a value. With our aim and objective remaining unchanged, it shall only work reverse for us due to our remaining engaged in mass corruptions, taking advantage of various loopholes which are inherent in all Laws that govern us. Accordingly our bifurcation of various States with an aim attached; were devoid of delivering the exact result but became the same without offering GOOD to us except expanding base of corruptions.

But with a desired expressed much earlier and preparing ourselves adequately before time; we expected that the creation Talangana shall produce a much different result which shall bound to be in our favor; once we are successful in transforming it; through enabling us to raise a war against our ailment in time before it became too late to do so being our retaining of identity intact is already under stake.   

Since it is a matter of ‘utmost delicate to handle’ in nature; we must understand ourselves well through a thorough self search to become aware of what we are going to achieve through our this particular effort; which took shape with much of thought and labor infused or given on the matter, not assure one to get or accrue some gains in the next LS Election.  

Having diluted the due value earned by the General Public of AP; we are just wondering whether or not we at all LOVE the Country where we are living-in through derailing the approach so made with much of caution as well as carefulness on the part of the entire us.

Just on the other day Mr.Rahul Gandhi, MP made an unannounced visit to a specific Naxal infected area to express the Party’s solidarity and willingness to embrace them with much of warmth in-spite of the attack on the Party Cadre; ignoring all risks on his life. Why and how we see or deriving a different meaning to the visit by displaying aggressiveness in an exact and similar situation while transforming the said desire of the Party with much value added for good of the entire us? Let us not fall prey to wrongful utterances of Leaders to misinterpret facts for one’s self gain; which shall harm us more than doing any GOOD to the Nation.

The Issue of Talalangana!

It is a open fact that we have renounced LOVE in all its forms amasses everywhere without an exception and accepting the reverse in all its forms and have become more pronounced in earning elicit wealth through adopting more and more finer means every moment to counter laid down Laws & mass Public sentiments to acquire Power through such activities of one, mostly done for the purpose of issuing a command on or over Common General Public to force them to dance as per once desire for deriving a false pleasure to oneself; ignoring the fact that we are carrying or covering a particular life for a fraction of infinite time only as we  keep changing our lives from one form to the other in our Actual life remaining under the embrace the Timelessness ; which is either a upward Growth or a degradation, depending upon what we do or earned in our current or previous lives while we walk into the future.

Notwithstanding the fact that God is ONE as well as formless being Energy only, He often take various Incarnations befitting a particular situation to humble an evil character and to set a distorted ORDER correct or right, keeping Himself much away from the exact source of Energy; we continue to face such turbulences within us due to deterioration of our value and character. Even though we all are part and parcel of Him, we create limitless divisions within ourselves citing one reason or the other to enable one to rule over the others; setting aside what govern us to attach an aim to our various actions. The moment we understand that we are just ONE and start absorbing the pleasure of oneness through doing of reciprocation of LOVE between each other ignoring all factors that are dividing us; we shall start living in a higher level of life within the same life. This is called doing of a Progress of one into the future without getting stuck in the same place and position; going through unending cycles of birth and death.     

    

Further, it too is a fact that the more we divide; the more weak we shall become; so long we are govern by a different set of rule adopted by each. The India and Pakistan is an exact Case to cite an example of it. Had it been otherwise; the world would not have seen this particular situation of in verse of extinction. But there often arise occasions when we create divisions within ourselves to run ourselves as fluently as possible remaining under an atmosphere of much uncertainties happened for whatever reason; which we are creating forcefully to amass elicit wealth to oneself; but meant for others for meeting of a common cause of Development.

On our observing that the distribution of wealth generated by entire us are getting lost on transit from issuer to the receiver; even though our had created enough of States out of various States keeping the flow of same ORDER intact ; the issue of Talangana is thought of to offer a benefit both to the State as well as to the Country; together with offering of an opportunity to AP either to actively involve itself in Nation Building or to stand first to a combine effort of us to take effect, with much of the Strictures put into place, so that nothing is get lost while distributing of Fund within ourselves for our survival equally everywhere within the Country.

While necessity of Mother of all inventions; the reverse of the same produces discontent within ourselves through continuous changing of Government in Power to overcome such discontents and embrace other ideologies which are often detrimental to our Growth and might kill a well run System. The covering by Moist within us, is the outcome of our current self inflicted injury. When self happened to work in the midst of severe Naxal infected area at Rudrapur UP; where there were regular exchange of firing between the Naxal and Army; I fought the Case alone ignoring the exchange of firing between the two rivals and was successful in winning over them to do or conduct our job hamper-less. Such people are such simple to handle.  

Therefore, we unable to understand the various Statements by Figures renowned in their respective fields in misguiding the Public to draw an imaginary Division within ourselves either to steal Power from the innocent Public without earning it or to obtain self gain. Let us not disturb the System under existence but empower it as far as possible so that we are gainer to see outright Growth to ourselves. This too is also an offering of solution to a long standing issue; standing unsettled for such a long time reasonless.

A Conclusion!

Even though a collective Opinion or an Observation on a particular subject of much importance is higher in value; the one beholding courage and a better view of the same is called a Leader. All Leaders of repute from all across the Globe are remaining alive; even though they embraced physical death for challenging such causes individually for the overall good of the entire us by keeping intact the ideals that govern us while covering their lives much different from the others.

It is a fact that all Institutions including that of a Political Party require much needed FUND to remain alive within us during the entire period of its or their existences. While an Institution other than a Political party engages in some activities connected with the Public to earn the same; a Political Party is devoid of such a facility being its aim and objective is vastly from the former but to maintain an ORDER within us to attain it. While the former, establishes itself under a boundary to limit its functions within it while delivering an urgent requirement(s) to the Public for mass use to live ourselves much differently, the later is free from such restrictions while ensuring that various Laws as enacted through Parliament or as govern by the Constitution of a particular Country or a Nation, are fully maintained or met with, so that flowing ORDER is not dented or distorted on over-stressing or meeting one’s self interests for amassing wealth illegally.

In a Democratic Set-up; there is always more than one Party who is entitled to run the Government to carry forward one’s view on the desire of the Common General Public and distribute its good or reciprocate the results; so obtained amongst the various Nations under existence within the Globe for the overall good of the entire humanity to allow oneself to absorb or feel the pleasure of remaining as a single human spice , living assorted all over the Globe being all are remaining alive under the loving care of same Mother Nature everywhere but are often deprived of the Basic, which is happening on citing limitless reason which are non-existent in nature and devoid of carrying of a value as and when the Power is fallen on the hands of vested interests being acquired through doing of a stealing of it from the Common General Public adopting various means.

Any Party denying the aforesaid fact is nothing but a blunt lie and hence tantamount to an obstruction for our overall Growth of the entire us.

Since this illness of us has come into surface in view of our becoming alert; we must device some ways and means of punishing those who are guilty of wrong doing of collecting FUND from sources other than that through contribution from the Public. As these wrong doings are often done without knowledge of hurting the interest of a Country hardest instead of showing or setting a path to the entire us, the punishment should be from minimum to maximum over a period of time which shall ensure that none is penalized while carrying of a noble desire of one to set a path to a Country to run as smoothly as possible without facing of resistances from whatever source for whatever reason. This holds good for each and every Country; that is under existence within us following whatever ideology.

A Correct Action Taken; ignoring TRUTH that establishes our Existences

It is an open Secret that an entity require enough of fund to exit itself as a Political Party under the current environment as available within the Country; which indirectly encourages one to resort to collection of fund from whatever source, one considers it appropriate to draw mostly without the knowledge of others, since the collection of such fund through individual contribution of well wishers or Party workers can never match or satisfy the ever increasing demand of it by the supply so collected from such contributions to make good the shortage.

While some are smart enough to do it in hidden, the others get caught for not applying one’s mind appropriately even though both actions are same and equal as well as wrong to infuse enough of disturbances within the flowing Economy within a Country to cause a suffering to the entire us. Where there exists a Political Party; the requirement of fund is always a must. Unless and until there is a known source of Supply applied to such Parties, the Corruption bound to follow together. If such supply of fund is arranged by the Nation or the concerned Country; it is mandatory that we must ensure that number of Political Parties under existence within the Country be brought to the minimum; not to encourage corruption walk together grabbing each other; without facing of any opposition from the Public who is in-fact responsible for generating the entire such wealth we claimed as ours.

While we adore the conviction of Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav; we cannot ignore the contribution made by him to the National Treasury while he was holding the Position of Minister in the Central Government in the Railway Ministry.

Therefore, he had over compensated the amount swindled through unauthorized means; adopting various innovative measures of resource mobilization while holding Charge of Minister; without hurting the Public much to proved his caliber for delivering well to us. Hence, these are steps we took much earlier, considering such actions as a matter of routine and not done otherwise to inflict harm to ourselves.

Therefore; we must devise some ways and means to show some leniency to those who had committed the crime without much of knowledge what wrong we might infuse into the System while doing so, but done under much compulsion to run a Political Party one is or was Heading with exactly the same aim and objective with the one Heading us or running the Government. If Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav faces a Jail term, his image needs to be retained by us through some ways or the other. If a jail term is necessary, let us consider it as a noble sacrifice of him for the good of entire us.

RTI Vs Aadhaar?

The Countries which were once known for delivering much to the Public in all its nature & forms free; suddenly finding or seeing itself fighting for retaining its ages old identity or dropped itself to rock bottom much reasonless but for the simple reason of our mass desire or developing a LOVE towards accumulating illicit wealth at the cost of the others; through making use or taking advantage of various loopholes that are normally associated with all enactment of Laws that govern a System to run a particular ORDER at most ease or without much of resistances from any source within a Country.    

With majority acquired by Congress based upon overall strength in the Parliament, while UPA-I could able to deliver its best to meet the expectation of the Common General Public, UPA-II is struggling to do the same with strength somewhat diluted due to doubt raised in the minds of the Public for producing of a result out of the various actions initiated or taken; even though it delivered an Instrument called RTI to the Country to allow us to analyze the cause of our ailment through collecting of knowledge or information; which are often kept protected from the reach of the General Public.

Well, yes RTI has in-fact allowed or enabled us to secure information about facts to know of how we are misusing Public Fund amasses everywhere apart from pointing these out by ‘Auditor General of India’; which facts more often than not, were ignored by us earlier being we were living under much different situation that time; with automatic ORDER flowing more or less at the Boundary line. Yes, this is exactly the cause for which we are suffering immensely either within the Country in a limited sense or within all over the Globe in a prominent manner or form. While knowing the fact or ailment is a different issue, the doing of a recovery from it, is altogether different issue being every time we make good a loophole, we shall see a more finer trick taking over it to fool the Public in a Style to continue to do so upon us by vested interests.

Since Independence; we gave much stress or gave more importance for holding Power and Position which fetched us highest return while fulfilling our desire of earning Black Money or elicit Fund by infusing an unintended but continuous poison into the Economy to force it to get ill; considering the action as a matter of demand  by one  rather than earning it through doing of a delivery to the Public or to the Country to allow us to remain intact and alive under an atmosphere of complete harmony, trust and friendship. Accordingly we tried our best to rise ourselves individually rather than rising together to absorb the pleasure of living together as one; as embraced us by the Country without drawing a differentiation between any TWO to give us the appropriate to see Growth of the Globe; acting likewise by each. This is what is unfolded by RTI. This is an ailment and not an antidote to overcome the illness.

The Aadhaar is altogether a different enactment as far as aim and objective is concern. Being mass Duplications is the main cause of our ailment as explained; we must put our entire Strength and Power to undo what wrong we did earlier either knowingly or unknowingly; considering it as a privilege earned by one through various means including that of holding of particular Education by one. Therefore, it is important that we must stand up to know the exact meaning of ‘Wealth’ and what constitutes it. The moment we start acquiring value to us through doing of reciprocation between each other to tie ourselves more firmly; the generation of ‘wealth’ is automatic by one; no matter, how big or how small one is to live a better life by each one of us every day while covering our lives. Let us not shed our values through carrying of hatred towards each other to diminish our existence to nothing.

Mr.Rahul Gandhi, MP notwithstanding the fact that he was born under a much different environment where much of his requirements were abundant but he is brought up under the care of this most Ordinary with knowledge of none but while fulfilling a commitment given to late Razib Gandhi who during his tenure as P.M. of the Country flown together with the President of Sri-Lanka to the Flood Hit area to give strength to marooned Public at Bangladesh , ignoring the adverse weather condition with ‘Low Pressure Zone’ remaining prominent at the atmosphere, to cause an instant Accident but faced a most brutal assassination reasonless which had triggered limitless after effects within us, which we all are aware of. Had his Love towards the entire was not genuine but undertook to draw the Public Opinion of the Country in his favor; he would have no more that time. This too is a definition of LOVE, but it was lost unseen to us. But yet most unfortunately he fall victim to a wrongful design of us for carrying a doubt about his intention of bringing peace or offer Justice to all living around the Country.

Let us not mistook ‘Aadhaar’ for much of misuse; nonetheless we might experience it during the initial lunch of it which can soon be set right with some extra precautions infused onto it but it shall surely and certainly stop stealing of Public Money collected through various means, mainly in the form of Tax collection from the entire us. Once Aadhaar start taking shape, our reciprocation of LOVE between each other shall be a foolproof exercise to knock out all evil characters who know nothing other than engaging themselves earning elicit wealth without putting any labor whatsoever that worth the name, we called as  contribution to ‘Nation Building’.

While RTI can or could dig out a few out of limitless, Aadhaar shall wipe out the entire Evil over a period of time until the elicit fund already generated get exhausted in individual’s hands that are kept under strict of the strictest Security to deny all its movements within itself to deprive the General Public of its much needed requirements for remaining alive.

In lump-sum or to draw a logical conclusion, Aadhaar is the biggest present ever presented to the Country since Independence for the overall good to the entire us to ensure Growth of ourselves over time rather than seeing us contracting to nothing noticeable.

A collective Opinion is higher in value than that of personal one and hence Mr.Rahul Gandhi by expressing an Opinion is neither hurting the Party nor showing any disrespect either to P.M. or to the Office he beholds. Since we are drowning in corruption of all natures, there must be someone who must stand-up to the occasion to fight this Monster until we are successful in eliminating it fully from its roots and reverse the doing of such mass actions of us, often done considering it as a matter of liberty to earn one’s self respect. Therefore, Mr.Rahul Gandhi did what was expected of him. As and when we find him delivering meaningful words to us; we consider it as his weakness instead of providing us enough of strength to see light; standing not far away from us. Again when he is intending to do a reverse through stressing himself to divulge him to the Public, we treat these words still similarly. Let us learn to call a Spade as a Spade and not drawn into a conflict of ignoring one over the other. Accordingly we pray the entire that we support the efforts of the Government to translate the idea into a reality through our active participation.
