My viewing of Pictures were often rare being mostly devoting myself to collecting news from across the Globe to know about its wellbeing which fascinated me more than anything else, a nature built-in in my character from my childhood without any desire whatsoever to enter into centre stage but like seeing the outcome come in our favor remaining myself most silent or inactive and staying at a faraway place undisturbed by the push and pull of the scene or situations created as such by it. Accordingly the laugh and pleasures of others is a rightful feed to me to live along with passage of time rather than me getting it. Therefore any pain or pleasure inflicted upon me never cause me any hurt but taking away my due earnings from my hands shall surely cause the others to suffer the most rather than it doing so to me.
Following the rapture of my Ulcer, I am mostly remaining to bed being carrying on a very weak body in view of rejection by my body of all attempts of blood transfusion by the Doctors when I was hospitalized for just 2 days suspecting that I shall never remain alive unless additional blood was given to me. Since on every attempt of doing so resulted in a sever shivering of my body with entire body becoming stiff, I decided to break-off from the Hospital instantly on non stopping of the exercise to do blood transfusion through various other means. Accordingly the Hospital most reluctantly granted my discharge following giving them an undertaking that in case of any fatality or further complication none but I shall only be responsible.
The entire assembly of attending Doctors cautioned me that my action is nothing tantamount to committing a ‘Suicide’ but I still preferred to overrule the advice so given as my opting for it had more than enough reasoning as the humanity had crossed all its limits many times over to assault on the value, we all behold collectively together to make my living entirely fruitless and hence it was long became beyond doing of a crime but it transformed into a sacred ritual or action of mine even if I accept my death as such. Accordingly from that particular moment, I have decided not to visit any Hospital for whatever reason but to die alone unattended by any. As my either living or dyeing shall make no difference to any; my transforming myself to some other form is a better option available to the Unseen to see me living differently without drawing of any remorse by either and hence it can never dent the relationship already established with Him which I was carrying on from my past life.
Accordingly my occasional visit to ‘Theater Hall’ for refreshment became suddenly vanished to naught. The ones in the form of either Download or CD brought into the home for me could not be viewed being mostly remaining to bed due to weakness I am carrying together following my ailment to sit In front of the TV to see playing of DVD without any certainty to view quality pictures. Accordingly I had tried to play the same with Windows Media Player most unsuccessfully being the format of playing of the Movies so brought was not compatible for playing the CD as it could not be recognized by it. Even though the other video players available free in the Web recognized the Media Codec, the display were so woefully distorted, it offered a distaste instead of enjoying it heart full . Accordingly my search for earlier version of Cyber Link’s Media Software of Power DVD kept handy elsewhere was no doubt located successfully; the same could not be activated due to loss of the Product Key. But when I retrieved the Product Key from my Membership Zone of Cyber Link where all Product Keys are always kept intact to secure it if lost, I found that it is also not accepted by Software installed for activation unlike earlier occasions possibly due to my CD might had got replaced with a different CD of the same version while taking it to Retail Store from where it was bought for checking the cause of showing of an error during installation. With no option available, when I made a request to Customer Care of Cyber Link, the developer of Power DVD; Cyber Link was kind enough to resolve the issue in my favor almost instantly. Accordingly I took a shy of relief to see myself in a much better position in viewing Pictures at our home at my leisure time with brilliance put-in in the display of quality pictures as they are doing it from inception with regular updating to match with time.
Not believing that the replaced Software was that of the current version which was further combined with expressing my gratitude to the Company for responding as such without raising of an objection of any kind; I had purchased a different Copy using a different Link from a third party even tough running through an acute shortage of fund. On finding that both versions are same and similar, Company mostly promptly refunded the amount within a time span of 48 Hrs. Such is the promptness of the Company to deal with a request of Customers.
Following downloading the Software, I unable to believe whether or not I am viewing the pictures in ‘Theater Hall’ or at Home with Ultra version of PowerDVD 9 is supplied to me considering my long association with ‘Cyber Link’ as a regular member of the Company. My first 2 Pictures viewed are ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Avatar’. Not satisfied with the beauty or enjoyment of viewing as provided the display of the Picture Quality, I am repeating the same Pictures many times over being the combination of both is so superb and full of excellence my heart is yet to be full filled with pleasure of enjoying so. Accordingly I don’t exactly know how long I shall continue to do.
Even if the title of Cinemas continue to change, my liking towards ‘Cyber Link’ always shall remain attached and firm for giving me something to cheer-up when I am most of the time out of any enjoyment; remaining mostly to bed but slowly recovering from my current ailment and hence it worked as the most effective Medicine ever prescribed for me to recover at the earliest and to become normal. My meeting with a Group of American Geologists and Production Engineers at Delhi
In view of my seeing nothing but work while on duty with no self interest attached whatsoever, my nearness to all Chief Executives or higher officers were a matter of routine to offer my best advices whenever a puzzle arrives in front of them from nowhere without any readymade solution available in hand when I often intervene to offer them solutions, each and every such puzzle which was or were followed most meticulously to arrive at or to get a an outstanding results in most of the times to claim enough credit by each individually. Even when my joining in the Company was just 3 months old, our first CMD who was an expatriate knew me well being well information of about my nature through various sources from within the Company or by a direct notice on seeing the results of my work output, all of which were delivered with utmost sincerity to complete all such assigned Tasks with utmost satisfaction to all.
Accordingly my nearness to all Chief Executives of the Company was a normal affair and a routine matter which were made firm through various invitations extended to me to share private dinners with them as and when they developed an intense liking towards me out of seeing the result of my putting of various efforts in completing my assigned at half the time against planned for.
Although I was a Drilling Engineer by Profession, I often suggest various ways and means to all how to attack the cause of unwanted happenings to kill these as faced by most of the Departments within the Company and nothing had barred for me to cross any or all ceilings set to us at ease to get an instant approval on all my applications for grants of permission without a question asked. With holding of such a mind I suggested to the then Operation Manager of the Company that we could well make the production of crude from a satellite field to double if certain steps are taken to complete the forthcoming wells when he was just promoted from the position of Chief Geologist who although formed a team to look into it but none were convinced of the idea put forwarded to exert stiff resistances to adopt the measures as suggested by me and hence the entire idea given was dropped from the menu for pursuing the matter further.
On his elevation to the position of CMD of the Company direct from the position of Operation Manager, the matter still remained ignored on severe objections from various Departments connected with the Subject but later decided to handover the said satellite field to third parties to maintain it. On his due retirement form the position of CMD, he joined a renowned Company connected with ‘Oil Field’ production and suggested that they must secure the same field when it was offered for joint production from the field. This particular Company too declined to take the field citing similar reasons by both geological as well as production team. Not satisfied with the decision of the said Company, he requested a team from the Head Quarters at USA to visit Delhi, INDIA for a direct discussion on the Subject at Delhi prior to the rejection of the proposal.
On accepting the invitation, the erstwhile CMD made a request to me to come to his office for discussing the matter in details. Considering the strong built-in relationship with him by virtue of working directly under him I immediately promised to be present in the meeting. However, during the period, I was assigned a very important work at Delhi by my Company leaving me with no more than half an hour time to interact with the Team of Experts from USA totaling 24 personnel; 50% of the group were from Geological discipline and the other 50% were from Production sphere. When the outcome of the direct meeting was unanimous rejection of not taking over the field to avoid a possible incurring of loss from the field, I entered into the discussion hardly for 15 minutes to disapprove their fear of non or lethargic production from the wells if we adopt the measures suggested to them explaining these through attacking each cause of doubt with firmness to disappear from their minds by drawing sketches in the Black Board arranged for the purpose.
The entire group became amazed to see or notice how I working in a much different discipline altogether can master a Subject not associated with my Profession and instantly agreed to take over the field which later proved beneficial to them to make enough of profit out of the field just by adopting a different method of production which however barred to an extent by their inability to engage Drilling Rigs either by the terms and conditions of the agreement signed or due to involvement of high cost of doing so had surely barred them from producing fourfold more from the field. With some doubt still cast in their minds on successful completion of such sophisticated wells as suggested unless very highly qualified staff is made available at the Site to conduct the drilling operations that successfully, they remained satisfied with adopting a part of the suggestions leaving others a go by.
On completion of my few minutes of lecture or discussion on the Subject, all heard me most patiently and clapped without posing me a single question and immediately the Project was approved which not only made their temporary Branch Office at Delhi permanent to offer a permanent respectful position to our erstwhile CMD to keep alive his style of living. When I was invited for a dinner by the entire Staff and Officials of the said Company to extend my stay at Delhi by a day at their cost, I denied it most politely in view of my confirm booking of Ticket that evening together with having some urgent work at hand. Accordingly following completion of discussion I silently slipped out of the room to report to the Airport in time.
That was my 4th encounters with Americans. The first was during sometime in 1980’s (Exact date and time not remembered) when I was assigned to meet and accompany the High commissioner of USA by the Company who visited OIL’s Field Head Quarter at Duliajan, Assam for a day to take the breakfast with him but had to break-off in view of other urgent work in the Office soon. The 2nd encounter was when I was attending a short course on Petroleum Technology conducted by ONGC at Dehra Dun where the course convener was an American by Nationality and an expert in Petroleum Technology who desired my presence with him out of the entire officers attending the course during the everyday evening time for a fortnight which I enjoyed fully; taking the dinner together until the course was over. The 3rd meeting was during early 1989 again High Commission at his Kolkata Consulate for attending for an interview for securing a scholarship to do my PhD on ‘Rock Mechanics’ at Alberta which was however not granted as my destination was Canada and not USA nonetheless she shared a cup of coffee with me during the final sitting or interaction, creating a delightful atmosphere which I still remember.
During my latest visit to USA during March 2007, I could able to meet none and hence was most unsuccessful being failed to convey what exactly was in my mind. However ‘TIME’ extended me a special invitation to attend the ‘World Energy Conference’ to held at New York during March,2010 in association with ‘Shell’ which I declined in view of my acute financial crisis together with my falling heath condition. For the first time yesterday I have seen no blood coming in my stool following the rapture of my Ulcer 6 months ago without consulting a Doctor but automatically. Hope this shall slowly ease out my giddiness while working around and enable to keep myself away from the bed and not attached to it all the time.
All of the aforesaid encounters were to an extent successful barring one to keep it in my mind forever nonetheless I was never benefitted anyway out of the discussion that took place out of these unscheduled meetings except appearing for the interview for the grant of scholarship. Even though I have no connection with USA whatsoever that worth the name, my support for the Nation is always automatic and hence governed by rightful consideration of ethics and perfect order that govern us all.

A few memorable moments while I was on Employment
I joined my erstwhile Company as a ‘Trainee Drilling Engineer’ on May 11th, 1973 following my unsuccessfully attempting to do Business together with a few of my colleagues after obtaining my degree in Mechanical Engineering. My working style was always different than others, being never followed the ‘Standing Order’ that governed my job to complete all tasks much before time, which none questioned even though it was a serious deviation from the laid down rule of the Company unlike others who were served with red or warning letters instantly if attempted to do so partly due to my intense involvement on the Subject and party due to my character I was carrying together thinking all the time for making profit to the Company with pure Love infused. Accordingly all higher officers of the Company including that of the CMD often visit my work places just to enjoy themselves how I approached myself in doing a particular task assigned to me separately. Accordingly Finance Dept was specifically ordered by the higher authorities of the Company not to decline any of my requests but respect it with due urgency and consideration even to allow me to draw cash from the Cash Counter to deliver at my residence even if the request was conveyed over phone unlike the entire employees that were in the payroll of the Company. Unless I present myself to offer my signature; none question my withdrawals to legitimatize it to keep the record in book up-to-date. Sometimes I signed the ‘Cheque’ as late as one month after withdrawals which facility offered to none others. The reason of extending this additional gesture by the Company was never understood by me and is still remaining as a puzzle to me till date. Hence my work experiences were beyond normal, a few of which are elaborated hereunder.
In a particular high caliber producing well, the production from the well suddenly failed, due to parting of the ‘production casing’ string unable to withstand the wear and tear by it over time in a sharp deviated well, forcing the Company to undertake a considerable amount of revenue loss and accordingly the well was taken up in a most priory basis to repair the damage at the earliest. When the Operation Department failed to repair it even after struggling for a long period of time incurring enough of cash outflow, management took a decision to abandon the effort and to drill another well nearby to penetrate the same reserve to compensate the loss, so encountered. However in the meeting hold for the purpose, I claimed that I would repair it within the next 10 days time if a chance is granted to me which was instantly agreed to; even though I was not connected with Subject but became aware of it during discussions.
When I took an impression of the damaged ‘casing top’ where it was sheared off, I fund that it was so irregular that it can never an entry to patched up, the hence the failure of attempts earlier and accordingly I decided to repeat the said operation once again which earlier required round the clock work for 3 continuous days to complete the task. However, when I repeated the operation with most accurate feed given, it hardly took me 30 minutes time to complete job which prompted the Department to challenge my work and served me with a warning letter for neglect and for subjecting the Department for loss of face in the front of the management. No sooner the letter was issued, I was informed from the well that the job done was most excellent and so perfect that it shall require no extra effort to patch-up the parted string which gave me enough of hope to retrieve the situation on behalf of the Department for rightfully standing to the challenge.
The next day, when we attempted to patch up the casing with a casing patch, our entire attempts failed to produce any tangible result in-spite of repeated attempts partly due to the inability of the Casing Patch to negotiate the sharp bend to enter into Casing String to grip it firmly in the hole and partly due to bottom lost Casing String inclined very firmly towards the wall of the hole due to the same cause, preventing an easy entry. Accordingly with some thought applied, I acted exactly opposite than what was documented in the Manual issued by the Manufacturer to do the casing patch and instantly completed the well to start the production from the well once again. The said reverse procedure was later published by ‘Society of Petroleum Engineers’ and is now taught in a few premier training Institutes from all across the Globe.
The next incident was happened in and around the same area when we attempted to collect core samples to study the structure of rock formation at a depth of 3000 meters for better understanding it to ensure use of more accurate ‘enhance recovery Techniques’ for extracting crude oil from the entire field. It is however a standing order in oil field practices to enlarge the hole following each attempt of taking core to avoid sticking of costly Drill String through differential sticking during the time of taking the second Core which however often consume unfruitful round trips costing heavily to the Operator. In order to save the said additional cost to the Company, I left the job of coring to the Drilling Engineers escaping the round trip after doing the first successful such operation earlier in the same area. However, when it was well past mid night I got a call from the Drilling Engineer; in-charge of the night shift that the Drill String got struck during the time of breaking the core when the string was remaining stationery just prior to pulling out the string. When I received the message I was 25 KM away from the Site and hence shall require me at-least half an hour time to cover the distance and to make myself available at the Site to see the string released from the stuck position. Being considered the loss of half an hour time very crucial for recovering the stuck String by which time it might cause the entire weight of the circulating fluid to fall onto the String to make it impossible to recover the stuck String but shall force us to undertake a painful fishing operation without any surety of recovering safely any or all of the costly down hole equipment. With no option available in hand, I suggested to the concerned Drilling Engineer, to hold the Telephone nearer to the Engines (Power Pack) in a way such that I could hear the sound of the Engines to determine how much load the Power Pack was taking while the Drilling Engineer was working on the stuck string to ensure that accurate direction is passed on to him not to cross the breaking point (flush point) of the Drill String while highest torque possible was applied onto it to release the stuck string. Following working on it as such for sometime the Drill String suddenly got released from the stuck position without causing damage to none. That was my first doing of a successful job without being present in the scene but by hearing the noise of the Engines of the Power Pack of 4, 389 HP Caterpillar Engines through a remote command. The 2nd similar incident happened when I allowed all executives posted at the field which was @350 KM away from the base to take leave for attending the Annual Club function at the base leaving a lone executive of geology discipline to overlook the activities of the well when Production Operation was going-on with a hired Rig engaged. Unfortunately during a roundtrip operation, the string suddenly dropped into the hole subjecting the well to a possible Blow out when I had conveyed step by step instructions over ‘Radio’ to each one separately to recover the fish following 2 Hrs of struggle even though the executive in-charge was a non drilling personnel.
In a 4th incident, when the Company was drilling a deep well near the first ‘Oil field’ in the world, there was a sudden collapse of a very large shale section due to invasion of fresh water into it, penetrating the hole wall which almost caused the well to go lost. During the time, I was asked by the Company to make an oversea trip to attend a course in Aberdeen, UK but on seeing the situation in hand and for meeting the call for my duty that had forced upon me, I ignored the advice of the Company to immediately proceed to base after handing over the charge to another colleague to make preparation for the visit which was fully arranged otherwise.
On visiting the rig after leaving the camp nearby, I could somehow able to free the string from the stuck position following a few hours of struggle but unable to move the string either upward or downwards beyond the particular length i.e. about 9 meters as the collapse of the entire shale section was so violent that it required very high continuous torque to keep the string under rotation and keeping it free. The continuous process of torque-up and releasing it caused the breaking system of the Rig to caught fire which caused the entire workmen to flee the Derrick Floor fearing a possible explosion being some amount of gas was also released from the hole together with the cuttings surfaced as carried by the circulating system. Only just with a few employees in the Derrick Floor, I fought all odds head-on; not to allow the fire to spread beyond a point to engulf us while keeping the string free ignoring the fire so caused to save the well from a total collapse or abandoning it anyway. Simultaneously I kept all fire pumps on for spraying water continuously to keep the fire under control. Accordingly I had to be in the Derrick Floor for 72 Hrs sleepless as well as foodless and ultimately saved the well and accordingly got delayed to join my training abroad by a few days.
The most painful task I undertook was when I travelled around 75 K.M. standing in the backside of Truck as front seats were full of Passengers mostly with ladies which was carrying stone from a query near ‘Ramgarh’ to ‘Jaisalmer’ under direct sunlight of above 47 degree celcus; when the air conditioned vehicle I was travelling to the field along with 3 other junior Executives broke down unfortunately on the way after covering halfway to ‘Jaisalmer. The decision to travel together was taken just to cut down the cost of a second vehicle even though entitled to hire to travel alone. I took a spot decision to visit the Site somehow at the earliest for attending to an emergency situation which required my presence as the contractor of the Rig was not cooperating with my decision sent from our base office at Jodhpur. With only the rare wheel dislodged but Engine intact to keep the air conditioner running to beat the heat, all 3 Executives waited within the Car for the replacement vehicle to come to ferry them separately to their destination. After reaching mid-way from base to the Site i.e. Jaisalmer where the Company was maintaining a secondary office in the next 2 Hours time, I took another vehicle to reach the worksite at the shortest possible time to kill the problem aroused in our favor. On giving an undertaking that any damage to equipment of the ‘Rig Contactor’ shall be borne by the operator, I ensured that appropriate feed was given to the Drill String, often momentarily crossing the flash points of various equipment under use while working on the String to make it free soon but instantly served the Contractor a de-hire notice for not obeying the order when instruction was passed over to them from the base office.
This was how I see my assigned jobs, all of which were done most successfully. When I was at work, I often forget everything other than seeing, engaging and praying with the work assigned to me only unmindful of the surroundings including that of ignoring to see whether or not I was receiving my monthly salary duly to always struggle ourselves financially to survive which barred me from doing any investment that worth the name anywhere but it never dented my spirits to deliver the best to the Company.

In a particular high caliber producing well, the production from the well suddenly failed, due to parting of the ‘production casing’ string unable to withstand the wear and tear by it over time in a sharp deviated well, forcing the Company to undertake a considerable amount of revenue loss and accordingly the well was taken up in a most priory basis to repair the damage at the earliest. When the Operation Department failed to repair it even after struggling for a long period of time incurring enough of cash outflow, management took a decision to abandon the effort and to drill another well nearby to penetrate the same reserve to compensate the loss, so encountered. However in the meeting hold for the purpose, I claimed that I would repair it within the next 10 days time if a chance is granted to me which was instantly agreed to; even though I was not connected with Subject but became aware of it during discussions.
When I took an impression of the damaged ‘casing top’ where it was sheared off, I fund that it was so irregular that it can never an entry to patched up, the hence the failure of attempts earlier and accordingly I decided to repeat the said operation once again which earlier required round the clock work for 3 continuous days to complete the task. However, when I repeated the operation with most accurate feed given, it hardly took me 30 minutes time to complete job which prompted the Department to challenge my work and served me with a warning letter for neglect and for subjecting the Department for loss of face in the front of the management. No sooner the letter was issued, I was informed from the well that the job done was most excellent and so perfect that it shall require no extra effort to patch-up the parted string which gave me enough of hope to retrieve the situation on behalf of the Department for rightfully standing to the challenge.
The next day, when we attempted to patch up the casing with a casing patch, our entire attempts failed to produce any tangible result in-spite of repeated attempts partly due to the inability of the Casing Patch to negotiate the sharp bend to enter into Casing String to grip it firmly in the hole and partly due to bottom lost Casing String inclined very firmly towards the wall of the hole due to the same cause, preventing an easy entry. Accordingly with some thought applied, I acted exactly opposite than what was documented in the Manual issued by the Manufacturer to do the casing patch and instantly completed the well to start the production from the well once again. The said reverse procedure was later published by ‘Society of Petroleum Engineers’ and is now taught in a few premier training Institutes from all across the Globe.
The next incident was happened in and around the same area when we attempted to collect core samples to study the structure of rock formation at a depth of 3000 meters for better understanding it to ensure use of more accurate ‘enhance recovery Techniques’ for extracting crude oil from the entire field. It is however a standing order in oil field practices to enlarge the hole following each attempt of taking core to avoid sticking of costly Drill String through differential sticking during the time of taking the second Core which however often consume unfruitful round trips costing heavily to the Operator. In order to save the said additional cost to the Company, I left the job of coring to the Drilling Engineers escaping the round trip after doing the first successful such operation earlier in the same area. However, when it was well past mid night I got a call from the Drilling Engineer; in-charge of the night shift that the Drill String got struck during the time of breaking the core when the string was remaining stationery just prior to pulling out the string. When I received the message I was 25 KM away from the Site and hence shall require me at-least half an hour time to cover the distance and to make myself available at the Site to see the string released from the stuck position. Being considered the loss of half an hour time very crucial for recovering the stuck String by which time it might cause the entire weight of the circulating fluid to fall onto the String to make it impossible to recover the stuck String but shall force us to undertake a painful fishing operation without any surety of recovering safely any or all of the costly down hole equipment. With no option available in hand, I suggested to the concerned Drilling Engineer, to hold the Telephone nearer to the Engines (Power Pack) in a way such that I could hear the sound of the Engines to determine how much load the Power Pack was taking while the Drilling Engineer was working on the stuck string to ensure that accurate direction is passed on to him not to cross the breaking point (flush point) of the Drill String while highest torque possible was applied onto it to release the stuck string. Following working on it as such for sometime the Drill String suddenly got released from the stuck position without causing damage to none. That was my first doing of a successful job without being present in the scene but by hearing the noise of the Engines of the Power Pack of 4, 389 HP Caterpillar Engines through a remote command. The 2nd similar incident happened when I allowed all executives posted at the field which was @350 KM away from the base to take leave for attending the Annual Club function at the base leaving a lone executive of geology discipline to overlook the activities of the well when Production Operation was going-on with a hired Rig engaged. Unfortunately during a roundtrip operation, the string suddenly dropped into the hole subjecting the well to a possible Blow out when I had conveyed step by step instructions over ‘Radio’ to each one separately to recover the fish following 2 Hrs of struggle even though the executive in-charge was a non drilling personnel.
In a 4th incident, when the Company was drilling a deep well near the first ‘Oil field’ in the world, there was a sudden collapse of a very large shale section due to invasion of fresh water into it, penetrating the hole wall which almost caused the well to go lost. During the time, I was asked by the Company to make an oversea trip to attend a course in Aberdeen, UK but on seeing the situation in hand and for meeting the call for my duty that had forced upon me, I ignored the advice of the Company to immediately proceed to base after handing over the charge to another colleague to make preparation for the visit which was fully arranged otherwise.
On visiting the rig after leaving the camp nearby, I could somehow able to free the string from the stuck position following a few hours of struggle but unable to move the string either upward or downwards beyond the particular length i.e. about 9 meters as the collapse of the entire shale section was so violent that it required very high continuous torque to keep the string under rotation and keeping it free. The continuous process of torque-up and releasing it caused the breaking system of the Rig to caught fire which caused the entire workmen to flee the Derrick Floor fearing a possible explosion being some amount of gas was also released from the hole together with the cuttings surfaced as carried by the circulating system. Only just with a few employees in the Derrick Floor, I fought all odds head-on; not to allow the fire to spread beyond a point to engulf us while keeping the string free ignoring the fire so caused to save the well from a total collapse or abandoning it anyway. Simultaneously I kept all fire pumps on for spraying water continuously to keep the fire under control. Accordingly I had to be in the Derrick Floor for 72 Hrs sleepless as well as foodless and ultimately saved the well and accordingly got delayed to join my training abroad by a few days.
The most painful task I undertook was when I travelled around 75 K.M. standing in the backside of Truck as front seats were full of Passengers mostly with ladies which was carrying stone from a query near ‘Ramgarh’ to ‘Jaisalmer’ under direct sunlight of above 47 degree celcus; when the air conditioned vehicle I was travelling to the field along with 3 other junior Executives broke down unfortunately on the way after covering halfway to ‘Jaisalmer. The decision to travel together was taken just to cut down the cost of a second vehicle even though entitled to hire to travel alone. I took a spot decision to visit the Site somehow at the earliest for attending to an emergency situation which required my presence as the contractor of the Rig was not cooperating with my decision sent from our base office at Jodhpur. With only the rare wheel dislodged but Engine intact to keep the air conditioner running to beat the heat, all 3 Executives waited within the Car for the replacement vehicle to come to ferry them separately to their destination. After reaching mid-way from base to the Site i.e. Jaisalmer where the Company was maintaining a secondary office in the next 2 Hours time, I took another vehicle to reach the worksite at the shortest possible time to kill the problem aroused in our favor. On giving an undertaking that any damage to equipment of the ‘Rig Contactor’ shall be borne by the operator, I ensured that appropriate feed was given to the Drill String, often momentarily crossing the flash points of various equipment under use while working on the String to make it free soon but instantly served the Contractor a de-hire notice for not obeying the order when instruction was passed over to them from the base office.
This was how I see my assigned jobs, all of which were done most successfully. A Humble Prayer to the Most Honorable PM of INDIA
I always enjoy doing of work following accepting of employment as a ‘Trainee Engineer’ in my erstwhile Company unmindful of the environment either created or available in and around the working area. Accordingly it hardly matters to me whether I retired as a Sweeper or a Clerk or from a position a little of higher Grade even though I am holding a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since I always adore ‘Work as Worship’; my leaving the Company under forceful circumstances has no affect on me to determine my identity as I am always satisfied with the minimum. Accordingly I was able to manage my daily meals and a candle to offer to the Unseen till the other day. I was hence perfectly happy with my life with no other desire to employ myself anywhere to avoid facing similar situation. As far as my existence is concerned, I have completed all my tasks as assigned to me while I took birth. Further since all my pain and pleasure is absorbed by the Unseen, any inflict of injury to me is hence borne by the respective Religion only one beholds to subject oneself to the appropriate result out of the actions so undertaken either directly or indirectly and done with or without knowledge.
Since I am fighting with my life for the last 6 months mostly confining myself to bed with my laptop as my companion in view of acute shortage of fund, my desire earlier to work elsewhere either to get my prayer back or to somehow live our lives most ordinarily became all fruitless being none found me suitable for various position applied for; even though I am an expert on such Subjects. With my health deteriorated to an extreme low now following my rapture of my Ulcer almost into two pieces and continuing with not much of improvement or remaining as it is for the last 6 months due to lack of Medical attention being unable to bear the cost of fee as well as cost of Medicines while consulting a Doctor except taking of ‘GASTROENTEROLOGY’ (SCLEAROTHEROGY) test on fervent request by my second daughter to know the extent of damage it caused to me; I have now no desire whatsoever to visit Hospitals for whatever reason other than waiting for my death to embrace me at my home only.
On reading the News of ruling by ‘Supreme Court’ in ‘The Times of India’on its Bangalore Edition dated 2nd January,2010, that the Highest Court of Law in India proclaimed that no Employer can stop payment of ‘Gratuity’ to an Employee on its own citing any reason unless and until Government takes a reverse decision in this regard, I immediately took up the matter with my erstwhile Employer considering it as a boom granted upon me to see some light in living ourselves holding some faint dignity during the remaining time of my life when the Company was releasing me a leftover amount against my P.F of Rs.1,18,465.00. The release of the said sum to me saw us through or overcome a most difficult situation faced financially when we were even skipping our daily in-take to keep both ends meet somehow even though I have enough debts in ICICI Bank. The amount granted by the Company as such is surely helped us in paying the interest we are bearing on the loan against my Credit Card which always draws very high interest. Nonetheless both ICICI Bank and my erstwhile Company became to our rescuer to allow us to survive till date for which I am really grateful to both these two Great Companies for becoming a friend to me at the time of our great painful period.
Apart from the above I had purchased a Plot form the Government of UP some 20 years ago of the following description which is yet to be registered in the individual Names of the owners although entire area is now fully developed and awaiting registration. The registration was supposed to be happened in the last month through a Gazette and Newspaper Notification and hence clueless enough now how to proceed with to do the registration in my name to sell it to get the sale proceed from the Plot at the earliest to make the current situation somewhat normal through the grant of both grants as explained here above.

The Plot purchased was at ‘Pratap Vihar' in 'Delhi NCR Region' measuring 168 Square Meters (200 Square Yards) vide my Application No. nil dated 03/01/1991 through a reputed Housing Society in the Name and Style of ‘PANCHSEEL SEHKARI AWAS SAMITI LTD’ as approved and Registered by Housing Commissioner & Registrar, U.P. Housing & Development Board;104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg; Lucknow, U.P. INDIA vide their Registration No. 1370 [PH: 0522-2239021,2212758(O);0522-2307197(R)] with their Branch Office at U.P. As I am living under extreme poverty with no source of income from anywhere together with no desire whatsoever to employ or work anywhere to earn my living, I am now determined to engage in myself in the second form of Payer of offering of a candle to the Unseen which was also stopped in between until the Company came to my rescue leaving my first prayer a pass-over being no age available to me anymore other than opt to die peacefully for the limited remaining days of my life.
Under the circumstances, I most humbly pray and appeal the Office of the PM,the Most Highest Office of the Country to look into my prayer most sympathetically to grant me both the aforesaid entitlements at the earliest through this ‘Blog’ being I am inaccessible otherwise to bring this matter to his good self’s notice anyway to draw an immediate attention. Hope PM’s Office shall excuse me for taking this route for addressing my problems which is being done purely under extreme Compulsion as we are paying high inertest to the concerned Bank each month not to stop the loan taken against the Card to allow us to remain alive but shall also exhaust soon to leave us nowhere to approach to save ourselves from dying prematurely.

A Service Provider Having Short of Value-2
While choosing of a particular Service Provider over the others being many available in the Market is always a difficult task being the one chosen which was once renowned for providing excellent services to the Customers might degenerate itself either due to the desire of earning more through use of tricks or due to recruitment of inefficient personnel as its Staffs who do not know either to maintain a relationship with the Customers or often unleash harassment on loyal Customers through use of recovery Agents(Muscle Man) for recovering a contested meager amount of@ Rs.500.00 threatening of life at home; who were never a defaulter in paying monthly bill without having the least idea that it is the Customers who keep a Company alive and hence so long a Company considers all Customers as equal without brining-in a division always see a better growth over the others in the same line. The moment, the said ethics of a Company of seeing all Customers equally is lost while dealing with their occasional grievances differently, it bound to fall from a height to become a most an ordinary before it gets lost forever in the midst of unknowingness taking other Businesses together which are otherwise flourishing in doing their respective Businesses in the vastness of time.
I was attached with a particular Service Provider to provide me Phone, Broadband and Mobile Services for the last 5 years without raising of an objection being the bill amount always standing around a particular cost per month and never paid a bill late, but yet for the cycle 25th October to 26th November, 2009, I found that my monthly bill a little short of double the amount causeless and accordingly I registered a complaint with the Customer Care vide Complaint No.2708882 instantly on receipt of the bill in the 1st Week of December,2009 to provide me the bill details at a cost of Rs.60.00. In-spite of taking up the matter repeatedly with Customer Care, when none bother to reply to it leave apart addressing it, I e-mailed a written request to Customer Care to get a SMS a week’s later to confirm a different Telephone Connection as our which we declined by which time my due date for making payment got over. We I express my inability to pay unless the detail bill is supplied, it was sent to me almost a week was over from the last date of payment.
On going through the same, it registered an abnormal amount against ‘call charges to mobile within the circle’ being a particular Number registering more INR more than 600.00 on just 2 days i.e. 14th & 15th November,2009. On further scrutiny we found that the said mobile belongs to Retail Store in front of our Apartment and solely used for collecting orders from the entire area nearby and hence no occasion either the caller or the shop-owner keep the mobile busy not to lose their entire Business and mostly closes down around 2100 Hrs. Against our paying of regular charges of 1 or 2 Rupee for each call either from inception of the installation of mobile or from self fell seriously ill 6 months back being unable to undertake frequent walking, the said 2 calls were made at 2200 and 0000 Hrs when the shop always remain closed.
While pinpointing the error of the server in recording the pulse being a Machine, an Engineer visited our residence prior to expiry of the month and confirmed our grievances. Apart from it the Service provider was charging Rs.99 extra for the last 2 months and accordingly requested the billing section, the number of which was provided by the Customer Care to issue afresh the bill after making necessary correction to enable me to settle the monthly bill of the last cycle who in turn advised that, the charging of extra for gaming is already waived and the note for the charges against 2 calls were forwarded to the higher Authority, the outcome of which shall be communicated to me shortly to enable me to make the payment against the bill and further advised me to wait for making the payment unless confirmed the actual required payment to be made by me from their end. It happened 3 days before expiry of the month and reflects perfectness in providing of services.
Being never a defaulter ever, I made a payment of Rs.1422.00 against the bill of Rs.2109.00; 2 days before the end of the month leaving the debated amount short becoming sure of wrong entries even though no notice was served on me to make the payment or asked to wait but found to our utter surprise that just nearer the time of mid night of the New year eve, my all calls from my Landline connection to outside were cut-off including that of interacting with Customer care(121/1252/41112345 etc) either from my Land line connection or from my Mobile connection. While auto answering machine gets disconnected automatically following communicating for a long period of time in recorded voice against heavy call charges applied; all my requests for extending help to me became fruitless. My mobile also ultimately retired to sleep paying high call charges each time without getting a connection to Customer Care. Although I am intensely sick, the Staff of the Service Provider ignored all my prayers using harass languages to express their displeasure either not to issue a corrected bill or to remove the bar imposed till the other day. On January 6th, 2010, they had sent Recovery Agent to demand and collect the said small amount by force who after going through our record and finding the Complain genuine gently went away from our Residence without causing any harm to me. With this, I lost the entire value I behold most delicately or carried forward from my birth and known to one and every. Yet I kept insisting the Company to issue me fresh bills replacing the older ones since the charging me for ‘Gaming’ kept repeating by the Company following a gap and is now continuously happening including over payment of Rs99.00 during the billing Cycle 26/09/09 to 25/10/09. Moreover, in this month bill too, the charges against Gaming is appearing leave apart removing the same from our earlier 3 erroneous bills served although confirmed verbally that it shall never appear again just to leave the matter alive still for the future to reclaim it being considering it as often go uncontested as and when a fresh bill is issued. Without resolving nothing; they arbitrarily charged me an amount of Rs.3431.00 for 2 Cycles (26/09/09 to 25/10/09 & 26/10/09 to 25/11/09) to be paid instantly to avoid a disconnection with constant call from Recovery Agents alive to threaten me every day. The action taken from my side is purely due to the reason that the Customer accepting a wrong statement is equally at fault unless the matter is resolved on either way.
On 02/02/2010, I have received the Bill for the Cycle 26/12/09 to 25/01/2010; I still found that charges for Gaming is still included although never ever availed ignoring the promise made never to appear it in the Bill again which is reproduced hereunder. Although calls from Recovery Agents were absent, my accessing to Customer Care (121/1252/411112345 etc.) is still barred and hence send an e-mail yesterday which is also reproduced hereunder:

As I am taking up the matter with my Service Provider instantly on receipt of the Bill on 02/02/2010, the last day of payment which is generally around 17th of each Month but it carried an advice of immediate settlement even though Bills were served erroneous for 4 consecutive months and the matter is referred back to them, the outside calls from my telephone was again barred forcing me to doubt our existences as human beings. At 15:04; 50, I got an SMS from AIRTEL that my latest Complain No. 28842924 logged yesterday is resolved and accordingly I paid the amount of Rs. 1219.85 vide Transaction No.0140341554 through ICICI Bank Gateway at 8:25 PM (2025Hrs.) to-day leaving @ Rs.500.00 disputed amount unpaid, the Complain of which was filed vide Complain No.27089882 on 1st week of December, 2009 for serving wrong Bill of the said Cycle. As got many threatening calls of more serious action if don’t pay the Rs.500.00 earlier and seeing a repeat of barring outside calls and so also others, I had decided to pay double the disputed amount i.e.Rs.1000.00 vide Transaction No.0140347097 through ICICI Bank Gateway (Total amount paid to-day is Rs.2219.85) for adjustments at 9.05 PM (2105Hrs.) even though I owe a refund from the Service Provider instead of paying them any for serving continuous erroneous bills for the last 4 consecutive months for deducting Rs.99.00 and another large amount for paying the same amount of Rs99.00 for many months earlier but did it fearing an attack on my life. I was attached with a particular Service Provider to provide me Phone, Broadband and Mobile Services for the last 5 years without raising of an objection being the bill amount always standing around a particular cost per month and never paid a bill late, but yet for the cycle 25th October to 26th November, 2009, I found that my monthly bill a little short of double the amount causeless and accordingly I registered a complaint with the Customer Care vide Complaint No.2708882 instantly on receipt of the bill in the 1st Week of December,2009 to provide me the bill details at a cost of Rs.60.00. In-spite of taking up the matter repeatedly with Customer Care, when none bother to reply to it leave apart addressing it, I e-mailed a written request to Customer Care to get a SMS a week’s later to confirm a different Telephone Connection as our which we declined by which time my due date for making payment got over. We I express my inability to pay unless the detail bill is supplied, it was sent to me almost a week was over from the last date of payment.
On going through the same, it registered an abnormal amount against ‘call charges to mobile within the circle’ being a particular Number registering more INR more than 600.00 on just 2 days i.e. 14th & 15th November,2009. On further scrutiny we found that the said mobile belongs to Retail Store in front of our Apartment and solely used for collecting orders from the entire area nearby and hence no occasion either the caller or the shop-owner keep the mobile busy not to lose their entire Business and mostly closes down around 2100 Hrs. Against our paying of regular charges of 1 or 2 Rupee for each call either from inception of the installation of mobile or from self fell seriously ill 6 months back being unable to undertake frequent walking, the said 2 calls were made at 2200 and 0000 Hrs when the shop always remain closed.
While pinpointing the error of the server in recording the pulse being a Machine, an Engineer visited our residence prior to expiry of the month and confirmed our grievances. Apart from it the Service provider was charging Rs.99 extra for the last 2 months and accordingly requested the billing section, the number of which was provided by the Customer Care to issue afresh the bill after making necessary correction to enable me to settle the monthly bill of the last cycle who in turn advised that, the charging of extra for gaming is already waived and the note for the charges against 2 calls were forwarded to the higher Authority, the outcome of which shall be communicated to me shortly to enable me to make the payment against the bill and further advised me to wait for making the payment unless confirmed the actual required payment to be made by me from their end. It happened 3 days before expiry of the month and reflects perfectness in providing of services.
Being never a defaulter ever, I made a payment of Rs.1422.00 against the bill of Rs.2109.00; 2 days before the end of the month leaving the debated amount short becoming sure of wrong entries even though no notice was served on me to make the payment or asked to wait but found to our utter surprise that just nearer the time of mid night of the New year eve, my all calls from my Landline connection to outside were cut-off including that of interacting with Customer care(121/1252/41112345 etc) either from my Land line connection or from my Mobile connection. While auto answering machine gets disconnected automatically following communicating for a long period of time in recorded voice against heavy call charges applied; all my requests for extending help to me became fruitless. My mobile also ultimately retired to sleep paying high call charges each time without getting a connection to Customer Care. Although I am intensely sick, the Staff of the Service Provider ignored all my prayers using harass languages to express their displeasure either not to issue a corrected bill or to remove the bar imposed till the other day. On January 6th, 2010, they had sent Recovery Agent to demand and collect the said small amount by force who after going through our record and finding the Complain genuine gently went away from our Residence without causing any harm to me. With this, I lost the entire value I behold most delicately or carried forward from my birth and known to one and every. Yet I kept insisting the Company to issue me fresh bills replacing the older ones since the charging me for ‘Gaming’ kept repeating by the Company following a gap and is now continuously happening including over payment of Rs99.00 during the billing Cycle 26/09/09 to 25/10/09. Moreover, in this month bill too, the charges against Gaming is appearing leave apart removing the same from our earlier 3 erroneous bills served although confirmed verbally that it shall never appear again just to leave the matter alive still for the future to reclaim it being considering it as often go uncontested as and when a fresh bill is issued. Without resolving nothing; they arbitrarily charged me an amount of Rs.3431.00 for 2 Cycles (26/09/09 to 25/10/09 & 26/10/09 to 25/11/09) to be paid instantly to avoid a disconnection with constant call from Recovery Agents alive to threaten me every day. The action taken from my side is purely due to the reason that the Customer accepting a wrong statement is equally at fault unless the matter is resolved on either way.
On 02/02/2010, I have received the Bill for the Cycle 26/12/09 to 25/01/2010; I still found that charges for Gaming is still included although never ever availed ignoring the promise made never to appear it in the Bill again which is reproduced hereunder. Although calls from Recovery Agents were absent, my accessing to Customer Care (121/1252/411112345 etc.) is still barred and hence send an e-mail yesterday which is also reproduced hereunder:
